Parkland Preserve
MSL Developments, in partnership with Chase Properties, completed development of Parkland Preserve. A 300+ acre age-restricted residential oasis in St. Johns County, FL neighboring the world renowned World Golf Village. MSL accurately predicted the value of the site prior to other developers who overlooked the area…which now includes multifamily and commercial development that includes Costco, Buc-ees, Starbucks and much more. Financed in partnership with two of our preferred lenders and the creation of a Community Development District.
Parkland Preserve was completed 2021 and completed SFRs are approximately 82% sold through as of August 2022.

A CDD is a local, special-purpose government framework authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes, and is an alternative to municipal incorporation for managing and financing infrastructure required to support development of a community. MSL Developments has successfully established CDDs by syndicating A-1 and A-2 bond financing for large-scale real estate developments.
