Our opportunistic strategy generates value by acquiring multifamily properties in markets with significantly constricted supply and low vacancy rates.

Institutional REITs (traded and non-traded) rely on CORE+ and CORE investments to minimize risk due to their lack of locality. Although these products typically generate reliable low yield income, they require significantly longer hold periods to realize appreciation in value. MSL CAPITAL’s active investing approach allows us to invest in value-add properties with shorter paths to significant appreciation.
